On February, 1st at night Barnaul (Altai region) anarchists undertook a graffiti-action which ridiculed the members of today’s Russian “political elite” and bracketed them with parasites. The reaction of repressive bodies didn’t take long to appear. On the next day the officers of so-called anti-extremist police (CPE) broke into the houses of two libertarian activists – SERGEY SANDIN and DANIIL MALISHKIN.
The guys were conveyed to the police station and held there over 24 hours without any food, water and sleep. During this time the activists were exerted pressure (including physical one) for them to admit their guilt and disclose an information about other anarchists and anti-fascists. As a result of this pressure SERGEY SANDIN had an attack of asthma (the detailed story of DANIL MALISHKIN’s arrest is here).
Later, during so-called search (it was conducted with crude procedural violations) the policemen took away some personal belongings of the activists (including such usual things as teacup, marker pens, sticky tape and so on), three computers and office equipment.
On February, 14 anarchist and antifascist VITALIY LEONOV was captured near his work and got to the police station. Now he is the third suspect in this case.
Although material loss from the graffiti-action was minor (about 25 EUR for “damaged” banner), and there wasn’t any evidence of the guys’ involvement in illegal activity, the anti-extremist police processed a criminal case against them. Now our friends are charged with “group hooliganism, committed for political reasons”. Maximum punishment on this accusation is seven years of imprisonment.
In this moment DANIIL, SERGEY and VITALIY need money for lawyers (about 3000 EUR all together). This sum is overwhelming for them, because two of them are still students and their families are not rich.

Les jeunes anarchistes de Barnaoul ont besoin d’argent pour payer leurs avocats.
Dans la nuit du 1er Février 2011 à Barnaoul, s’est tenue la Graffiti Art manifestation, au cours de laquelle les représentants de l’élite politique de la Russie actuelle, ont été ridiculisés et ont été mis sur le même plan que «des parasites». La réaction «de la police de sécurité publique», le soutient d’un régime totalitaire, qui est en réalité l’une des institutions les plus corrompues, n’a pas tardé à arriver. Dès le 2 Février 2011, les représentants du « Centre E » (le Centre pour la prévention de l’extrémisme) ont violé le domicile de trois anarchistes, Serguey Sandine, Daniïle Malichkine et Vitaliy Leonov.
Les garçons ont été amenés dans un poste de la milice où ils ont été retenus plus de vingt-quatre heures sans manger ni boire où on les empêchait de dormir. Pendant ce temps là une pression (y compris la violence physique) a été exercée sur les jeunes activistes, afin qu’ils avouent et « balancent » leurs camarades à «la police de sécurité publique». Une des conséquences des actions des agents de la milice a été une crise grave d’asthme pour Serguey ( Renseignements détaillés de la détention de Daniïle Malichkine vous pouvez lire ici).
Plus tard au cours de la soi-disante perquisition (décision non conforme car l’absence de sceau) les agents de la milice ont saisi certains effets personnels des garçons (parmi lesquels un mug, des stabilos, du scotch et les autres objets absolument ordinaires, puis trois ordinateurs et bureautique).
Pendant la manifestation artistique il y a eu des dégâts insignifiants (1000 roubles (25 euros) à peu près pour une bannière abîmée). Bien qu’il n’y ait pas aucune preuve de la participation à cette affaire de Serguey, Daniïle et Vitaliy, une action juridique a été déclenchée par les représentants du « Centre E » sur la base de l’Article 213 p. 2 du Code Pénale de la Fédération de Russie (Hooliganisme en groupe accompli de concert aux motifs de la haine politique). Cet article prévoit une peine d’une durée maximale de sept (7) ans d’emprisonnement.
Pour payer les frais d’avocat, Serguey, Daniïle et Vitaliy ont besoin d’argent (120000 roubles (3000 euros) pour trois). Cette somme est trop élevée pour les garçons puisque tous les trois sont des étudiants issus de familles aux revenus modestes. Am Nacht 1. Februar 2011 in Barnaul hat eine Art-Graffiti Aktion stattgefunden. Bei der wurde ausgelacht und in eine Reihe mit den „Parasiten“ die Vertreter von moderne Russische politische Elite gestellt. Die Gegenreaktion ließ sich nicht lange warten. Schon am 2.Februar 2011 die Mitarbeiter aus Polizeiabteilung (Zentrum für Extremismusbekämpfung) in den Wohnungen von zwei Anarchisten eingebrochen – Sandin Sergei und Malischkin Daniil.
Unsere Aktivisten wurden festgenommen und mehr als ein Tag an Polizeistation festgehalten ohne Essen, Wasser und Schlaf. Ganze Zeit wurde auf die Jungs gedrückt (auch physisch) um Information über andere Teilnehmer und ein Geständnis zukriegen. Dabei die Polizisten haben darauf überhaupt nicht geachtet, dass Sergei das Asthma hat, und Medikamente braucht.
Später im Laufe so genannte „Durchsuchung“ (Durchsuchungsbefehl hat sogar keine Unterschrift von Stadtanwalt gehabt) von Polizeimitarbeiter wurde faktisch gestohlen Becher, Marker, Kleberbandrolle und etc. Drei Computer wurden beschlagnahmt.
14. Februar 2011 am seinem Arbeitsplatz wurde der dritte Verdächtige festgenommen-Witali Leonow.
Trotz ganz geringe Schaden der bei den Aktion angerichtet wurde (ca. 25 Euro) für den Beschädigung einen Werbeschild und mangel faktischer Beweise im Polizeiabteilung „ Zentrum Für Extremismusbekämfung“ wurde Akte geöffnet und weiter ermittelt Witali, Sergei und Daniil wird §213.2 Strafgesetzbuch Russland) inkriminiert (Maximale Bestrafung bis 7 Jahre Haft).
Um Rechtsanwalt Kosten zu decken Jungs brauchen ca. 3000 Euro. Dieser Beitrag ist sehr hoch, weil sie Studenten sind und nicht aus reichen Familien kommen.
